Brittany Bir is an experienced new-business professional who has launched multiple foreign companies in the Silicon Valley. She has lived, worked, and founded companies in the US and Europe. Now she leverages her expertise in new business and growth to lead tech companies through their global expansion.

Former Chief Operating Officer at 42 Silicon Valley, she is currently serving as a Board Member at the French American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco, Advisory Board Member at Code for fun, and as an advisor to multiple startups in smart mobility, EdTech, SaaS, marketing, sustainable development, and health tech.

She is a champion of diversity and inclusion. She works with local companies to understand their diverse employees needs, and international companies to adapt to the US market and understand business practices.

She also is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist addressing the power of diverse teams, diversity and inclusion in tech and entrepreneurship, and Go To Market Strategies for international corporations and entrepreneurs. Throughout her work and in spare time, she strives to encourage more women to pursue tech and entrepreneurship.
